Clinical Interest for Patients
My interests include wheelchair seating and mobility for clients with complex needs, specializing in powered mobility for children. I also work to promote the ongoing development of assistive technology services and resources for young children and their families, as well as for early intervention providers in the state of Colorado.
I see myself as a source of knowledge and support for my clients, their families, providers, co-workers and fellow researchers that serves to optimize the potential of people with disabilities and help them to participate fully in life.
In my spare time I play banjo and dobro in a local bluegrass band, hike with my wife, and play with my Labradoodle, Chloe.
Children's Hospital Colorado Burn Camps Program. I am also active in my church, including music and small group ministries.
