Clinical Interests for Referring Providers
I specialize in the care of children with liver diseases including, but not limited to, neonatal liver diseases, biliary atresia, autoimmune hepatitis, infectious hepatitis, liver failure and liver transplantation.

Research Interest for Referring Providers
-I investigate biliary atresia in humans and utilizes a mouse model to study the theory that the cause of biliary atresia involves a viral-induced, progressive autoimmune-mediated injury of bile ducts. -I am involved in many clinical trials of children with biliary atresia and other neonatal cholestatic diseases. -I am involved in a clinical research study investigating the use of a medicine to improve outcomes in sclerosing cholangitis.
