Clinical Interests for Referring Providers: I am interested in treating Interstitial & Fibrotic Lung Disease and Rheumatologic Diseases including Rheumatologic and Autoimmune Lung Diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Scleroderma, Sj?gren's Syndrome, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (Lupus), Myositis and Other Connective Tissue Diseases.
Research Interest for Referring Providers: Dr. Fischer has focused his research interests within the areas of systemic autoimmune diseases such as systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), systemic lupus erythematosus, and rheumatoid arthritis. He has presented numerous scientific presentations at national pulmonary and rheumatology meetings and has a growing number of original research publications within the area of rheumatologic lung disease and scleroderma lung disease.
