Clinical Interest for Patients
My clinical and laboratory interests are in the area of leukemia and in using the immune system to treat cancer, whether that be through bone marrow transplantation or cellular therapy.
My care philosophy is to first and foremost be honest and forthright with information. I believe that it only in this way that parents and patients can make the best decisions about their care. I also try to engage both the family and the patient in the decision making process when it is possible and appropriate.
I enjoy spending time watching my kids play hockey and lacrosse. I also enjoy listening to great music and eating good food.
